Believe it or not, if you call the mortgage Brokers in your area they will be happy to answer your questions on the pretense that you will actually get a loan through them. They will want to know the following information. Your credit scores - income - debt total - assets. With this they will be able to provide you an estimated maximum purchase amount, how long the loan process is currently taking & estimated interest rates. You don’t have to commit to any 1 Broker. You can simply tell them, you are looking into obtaining the best deal & not ready to work with any 1 Broker until you get the best rate available. Do not give them your social security number. That will cause problems for you when you are ready to buy that house. Don’t have your social pulled until you are REALLY ready. There is a limited time that your report will be acceptable to any Lender. Good luck…
I have a quarter mile long driveway with two other houses that are granted access by my family to access their homes. Now every 20 feet there are "no trespassing" and "private property: do not enter" signs. Now the police have a warrant for someone in one of the houses that are 20 feet into the driveway. The police know they are not allowed to wait on the property so they kindly wait for the individual to pull into the house so they can’t take care of what they have to do. Here comes the problem, my friend had come over to my house and as he pulled up to my house and came to my front, which is at doorstop of a windy hill a quarter of a mile away from the street, door I had noticed that there was a police cruiser just pulling up my driveway. Then the officer proceeds to tell my friend that he was speeding on private property which is owned by my family.
Now I want to know / confirm that the officer was unlawfully on my property and had no right being there criticizing my friend?
This happened in Massachusetts so if someone could clarify the state law on police jurisdiction on private property in MA. Thank you.

Okay I know, weird questions and such. But don’t like say anything. I’m doing a project on this for my class-Real neighberhoods VS. Cartoon neighborhoods( It’s for English) So I had to choose a cartoon neighborhood and I chose Brandy and Mr.Whiskers. Then I had to pick a community or neighborhood in Massachusetts so I went on Zillow and found an estates residence area in Franklin called Dover Farms. It looks like a very wealthy area. Nice houses but small backyards. Anyways, So I wanted to see what you guys thought because I’m stumped.

I need a two bedroom apartment. i have one daughter and two loving dogs. they are considered vicious breeds but they are part of the family they’re trained and do not damage property. one is smaller about 40 to 50 lbs and the other is big about 60 to 70 lbs. does anyone know a pet loving land lord? please help!!!
The problem with the vicious breeds is that most landlords can not afford homeowners insurance to cover them. With 2 dogs that is 2k a year, in addition to the regular insurance. There regular insurance is void if they allow the animal on their property without it being insured, and that is for anything, the house could burn down and they loose everything because of the contract violation.
First, bond those animals yourself, you pay the 2k a year to keep them, and provide the bond information to the landlord, who then has to pass it on to their insurance company.
It has nothing to do with being a pet loving landlord, those animals just put everything the landlord has, as well as you, at stake.
